Placing Orders

  1. To order jewellery from Fancy Jewellers you must be of certain age 18 or over.
  2. You can order jewellery either by telephone or by visiting our showroom. Internet Users can also order jewellery on-line, or email us or Call us.
  3. Internet Users will be requested to provide an e-mail address and a password on registration if required. Once your registration details are processed we will notify you by e-mail. You are entirely responsible for keeping your details save and secure.
  4. If you have placed your order by online we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The e-mail confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not mean necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. Your responsibility to provide us with your correct contact details and address details when required.
  5. Ordering from us:-
    1. The product being in-stock and available for delivery
    2. Certain products online may be sold in store, may not be available.
    3. The information and pricing being accurate
    4. Payment being authorised
    5. ID Verification may be required upon request. Or when ordering Gold Bars. 
  6. We will only dispatch orders if we receive your payment confirmation which is valid, and payment authentication has been approved. Your responsibility to provide accurate details for postage information. Any incorrect deliveries we will not be liable for, this will your responsibility.

Price and Payment

  1. All Prices are in pounds sterling are exclusive of any VAT or other applicable sales tax which shall be charged in addition where appropriate.
  2. The actual prices charged to you for jewellery purchased from us may vary to those quoted on our website. The invoiced prices will be based on the gold level and weight of the chosen products and Gold rates at the time your order. Especially on Gold Bars, as this is link to the daily gold rate.
  3. We accept all major credit /debit cards:  VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, Master Card, and Bank Transfer. ( Not American Express).

Delivery (within the UK)

All orders in UK are delivered by Royal Mail’s or any other service we choose which meets our needs and requirements. I.e. Signed For or Special Delivery Service.

  1. We will endeavour to dispatch all order on time and any delivery issues or delays outside our control regarding the delivery time we will try to re-schedule all alternative date.   
  2. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address for delivery you gave us. If you are paying by card, the address for delivery must be connected to your method for payment.
  3. The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

Delivery (international)

We currently not supplying International orders at this moment.

Collection

You may collect your order from our UL Showroom (7 Baylis Parade,Stoke Poges Lane, Slough, SL1 3LF)  The collection service is offered free of charge.

  1. Payment must be made in full by credit or debit card at the time of ordering.
  2. The collection date is dependent on the item and stock availability but will be provided to you by email (as an ‘available date’) once your order has been confirmed.
  3. After 7 days has elapsed from the published ‘available date’, we will contact you to establish a collection date.
  4. When collecting your order from our showroom you must show a copy of your confirmation email, a proof of address (utility bill or bank statement from within the last 6 months, valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) and the original card used to pay for the order.
  5. Orders can only be collected by the person placing and paying for the order.  We are not authorised to hand over the order to any persons.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw the Collection service at our discretion.

Warranty

Only on the for gold purchase that is government hallmarked & Custom order made by us, we can Warrant this will be authentic of the specific item that has been stamped.

Liability

  1. We will try to offer you the best service we possibly can. However, we make no promises that our service, including our internet service will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or entirely error free.
  2. FancyJewellers shall not be liable for loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits or loss of anticipated savings or wasted expenditure.
  3. Fancy Jewellers shall not be liable for any loss which does not directly result from the actions of Fancy Jewellers, its sub-contractors or agents.
  4. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude Fancy Jewellers liability for death or personal injury which is caused by its negligence.

Resizing & adjustments

Rings can be resized a maximum of two times and can only go be resized within 3 sizes each way.

  1. After a ring has been resized, it is ineligible for a refund or exchange.
  2. Whilst we offer free resizing, it may be possible in rare occasions that a particular setting cannot be resized to a specific size. In this instance, free resizing won’t occur.

All rights in the designs and information on our website or in our catalogue are owned by Fancy Jewellers or its sub-contractors or agents. You may copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with Fancy Jewellers. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose. The names of our Service and other Fj-gold.com services referred to on our website are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Fancy Jewellers. Other products and company names mentioned on this website may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

If you do not complete your order, we reserve the right to charge a fee to recover any losses caused by an incomplete trade.
