Returns Policy

Many customers are very happy and content with their purchases and confident that you will be very happy with your jewellery purchase at Fancy Jewellers. We understand at some rare occasions if needed and you’re not happy with your product you can send it back to us and we will provide you with an exchange or Refund. Please note refund’s will only be provided if the items are not damaged and returned to us with original packaging as it was sold to you within 14 DAYS. Any alterations/damaged/of any sort will be rejected.

Please note any orders which are: Order specific customised orders to your requirements (e.g. resizing of rings) (earrings) special orders requests customs orders will not be refunded.

Returning items to our Showroom

• The most effective way to return your item is bring it to our Showroom along with your receipt; we will either offer an exchange or a refund.
• Or send an email sales@fancy-jewellers.co.ukto arrange an exchange for a refund.
• Please bring in the payment method used to purchase your item along with a photo ID (passport/driving licence).
• Any on-line ordering please either send us an e-mail or call for further information to obtain a refund.
